During the congress days, please contact our team at the registration counter located in the foyer on the first floor of the congress venue Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée.
On the first floor of the hotel you will find the registration counter, the cloakroom, the exhibition (room Azur) and the media check (Loge 216 next to the plenary room Riviera).
The eposter terminals are located in plenary room Riviera and in the rooms Foxtrott, Charleston, and Paso Doble of the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerrannée.
How can I get to the venue by car and where can I park?
Arrival by car As the city is busy and compact, and the public transport system is efficient, driving is not recommended. However, the hotel offers a valet service and self-parking is possible as well.
Valet parking The hotel offers a valet service that is available every day at a cost of 40 Euros for 24 hours, with the possibility of renewal.
Self-parking Self-parking is available in a public underground car park at the hotel. Additionally, there are car parks throughout Nice, mostly short term.
How can I get to the venue by public transport?
The train station Nice-Ville is only 1 km away from the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée. Taxis are available on the station square, on the Avenue Thiers. The nearest tram stops are Alsace-Lorraine or Jean Médecins.
Public transportation passes with a validity of 72 hours, enabling unlimited journeys from the first validation date, are available for registered delegates at the registration counter on the first floor on first come first serve basis.
How can I reach the venue from the Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE)?
The Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE) is located 7 km from Nice city center. Taxis with a mileage meter are available when you exit the terminal. Travel time approximately 15 - 20 minutes.
Arriving by public transport from the airport by bus Catch the n°12 bus at Promenade des Anglais, at the level of the terminal one, which connects the airport and the city center, with stops near the hotel. It’s a great way to get around the city.
Arriving by public transport from the airport by tram Line n°2 of the tram connects the airport’s two terminals to the city center. The nearest stops are Alsace-Lorraine or Jean Médecins.
Is there a cloakroom on site?
The cloakrooms are located in the foyer of the first floor next to the entrance to the plenary room Riviera.

Which time zone applies?
Central European Summer Time applies (UTC+2).
Is WIFI provided for the congress delegates?
WIFI is available free of charge in the network "Hyatt Meeting > Conférence" with password "ISMRC2025".
What needs to be respected while using a mobile phone?
Participants are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones soundless while attending the scientific sessions in the meeting rooms.
Is it allowed to take audio and video recordings of the presentations?
Audio and video recordings require the consent of the speakers.
Where can I pick up my name badge and conference material?
You are asked to pick up your name badge at the registration counter, which is located in the foyer on the first floor.
Participants are kindly requested to wear their name badge at all times during the conference.
What shall I do if I have lost or forgotten my name badge?
Your name badge applies as your entrance ticket to the symposium. Please show up at registration counter if you have lost or forgotten your name badge.
Where can I find something to drink?
Coffee, tea, and mineral water will be served to all registered delegates during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks from May 7 to May 9. Coffee bar stations are located in the plenary room Riviera and the exhibition room Azur on the first floor as well as in the poster area on the third floor.
Is lunch included in the registration fee?
Yes. A finger lunch will be served to all registered delegates during the lunch breaks on Wednesday, May 7, and Thursday, May 8, in the plenary room Riviera and the exhibition.
Is there an option of simultaneous translation?
The symposium language is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
Does the conference fee include insurance?
The conference fee does not include an insurance. All participants are advised to arrange for their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is recommended and has to be purchased in your country of residence.
What shall I do in case of an emergency?
In case of emergency, please contact the staff at the registration counter or the hotel reception.
Where can I find a taxi?
The hotel staff at the hotel reception and the concierege desk will be happy to order a taxi for you, in case no taxi is waiting in front of the entrance.
Scientific Programme
Will the sessions be recorded?
No, sessions will not be recorded.
Will it be possible to receive the presentations of the symposium?
The presentations of the symposium will be available for delegates after the conference on the symposium website. All participants that have fully paid their registation fee will be able to view those presentation, depending on the speakers’ approval to their presentation.
Where can I find the abstracts of the presentations?
In addition, the abstracts can be found on the flash drive that you will receive at the registration counter.
Is it possible to receive a partial refund of my registration fee if an announced lecture will not take place?
The organisers cannot assume liability for any changes in the conference programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances.
Where can I find the eposters of the symposium?
The eposter terminals are located in plenary room Riviera and in the rooms Foxtrott, Charleston, and Paso Doble of the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerrannée. Please use the elevators or staircases in the hotel lobby to go to the third floor. All eposters will be available at the terminals during the entire conference.
The eposters will be presented by the authors during the poster sessions on: Wednesday, May 7: 05:15 – 06:45 p.m. Thursday, May 8: 05:20 – 06:50 p.m.
I am a poster author. Do I need to bring a printed poster?
No, you do not need to bring a printed poster. The poster presentations will be only digital.
Where can I find the Media Check?
The Media Check is located in Loge 216 next to the plenary room Riviera on the first floor.
Speakers are asked to hand in their PowerPoint presentation preferably one day before their session but at the latest 90 minutes prior to the presentation. The presentation will be transferred to a special conference notebook in the session room of the presentation. Due to time and technical reasons, we kindly ask the speakers not to use their own notebook. Our media center staff will be available to assist you with any questions or problems.

Will there be a Social Programme?

Can I still purchase a ticket for the Social Evening after the online registration will be closed?
Yes, tickets for the Social Evening are available at the registration counter on a first come first serve basis.
How do I find the Ruhl Plage?
By foot (250 m – 5 minutes): Ruhl Plage is located at the Promenade des Anglais opposite to the congress venue.
CME Credits and Certifications
Is the ISMCR 2025 CME accredited?
The 14th International Symposium on Minimal Residual Cancer, Nice, France 07/05/2025 - 09/05/2025, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 18.0 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).
How can I request my CME certificate/certicficate of attendance?
From May 10, you will be able to create your certificate of attendance and your CME certificate via our certification portal on the congress website. First, please fill out the evaluation form for the event. You will then receive the documents by e-mail for the sessions you have visited.
Registration and Participation
How can I register for the ISMRC?
The registration is possible online: Register here. You can also register on site. Please come to the registration counter on the first floor and get your ticket there.
Will there be day tickets?
There will be no day tickets available for the ISMRC.
I have forgotten my login credentials. What can I do?
You user name is your email address. If you have forgotten your password, please use the "password forgotten" function.
What happens if my participant fee is not (fully) paid?
Only participants who have fully paid their registration fees are admitted to the congress. If you have not paid your registration fee yet, please log into your congress account. Please click on "bookings" and pay the amount still outstanding with credit card or paypal.
On site you will also have the possibility to pay your fees.
What shall I do if I have paid my registration fee at a very late stage?
If you have paid your registation fee by bank transfer after the 30 April 2025 and have not received a confirmation that we have received your payment, please bring a bank transfer confirmation to the registation counter, to be on the safe side.
